Wanted to answer faster so I chose the wrong answer. xD

Simply, use the EDMAS rule always while answering these types of questions.

Exponents come first (Unless brackets are mentioned in the question use BODMAS) we can write sqrt/16+9 = (16+9) ^1/2

On the other hand, we can write sqrt/16 + sqrt/9 =4+3=7.

Squaring both sides, we get 16+9 =25
7^2 =49
