Lets try to do this question without calculator!

Col. A: \(\frac{\sqrt{100}}{\sqrt{10}}\) = \(\sqrt{10}\)
Col. B: 3.5

Squaring both sides;
Col. A: 10
Col. B: \(\frac{35}{10}\) x \(\frac{35}{10}\) = \(\frac{7}{2}\) x \(\frac{7}{2}\) = \(\frac{49}{4}\)

Multiply both sides with 4;
Col. A: 40
Col. B: 49

Since, A < B
Hence, option B
