Carcass, Can you please review the question? The answer should be D. The simplification of the expressions is not the same. Though all values are positive, the values can still be between 0 and 1.

\(64=4
\)
\(y^3=y^{3/3}=y\)
\((xy)^6=(xy)^{6/3}=(xy)^2\)
\(\sqrt{16y^2(xy)^4}\)
\(16=4\)
\(y^2=y\)
\((xy)^4= (xy)^{4/2}=(xy)^2\)
C is the answer
\(64=4
