For Quantity A, the sum would be greater than 6 as sqrt[17] would be greater than 4(which is sqrt[16]) and sqrt[5] would be greater than 2(which is sqrt[4]).
For Quantity B, it would be less than 5 as sqrt[25] is 5.
Therefore Quantity A > Quantity B.
