Useful property: \(\sqrt[4]{x} = \sqrt{\sqrt{x}}\)
So, even though the on-screen calculator doesn't have a 4th root button, we can use the square root button TWICE to find the fourth root.
So...
QUANTITY A: \(\sqrt[4]{0.0001} = \sqrt{\sqrt{0.0001}}\)
\( = \sqrt{0.01}\)
\( = 0.1\)
QUANTITY B: \(\sqrt{0.01}=0.1\)
Answer: C
