number of students who were surveyed = 82
number of students who watched TV for 1-5 hrs = 14
number of students who watched TV for 6-10 hrs = 35
number of students who watched TV for 11-15 hrs = 17
therefore number of students who watched TV for less than 16 hrs = 14 + 35 + 17 = 66
now the question is what is the percentile in which the student who watched TV for 16hrs belong to
the percentile is calculated as = n/m * 100
where n is the number of students who watched TV for less than 16
m is the number of students surveyed
therefore the answer is 66/82 * 100 = 80.487
