Equating “a loss of stock options” for himself to wage (iii) (here we need a negative word to match ‘a loss of’; omissions is the negative word , the omission driving the workers below the poverty line) ) omission for his workers, despite the fact that the latter forced those workers below the poverty line, was perhaps the most egregious.
