It is mentioned that both triangle A and triangle B are equilateral triangles.
All the sides of an equilateral triangle are equal.
Ratio of one side of ▲A to other side of ▲A = Ratio of one side of ▲B to other side of ▲B(since they are equilateral)
Hence Column A = Column B

Equilateral triangles have all sides equal.

Thus the ratio of the length of one side of an equilateral triangle to the length of another side of the equilateral triangle is 1, since both sides are equal.

Thus, A and B are equal, since we have A = 1 and B = 1.

Therefore, C is the right answer.
