The area of triangle PQR can be expressed as (PR*x)/2.
Half the area of a circle with radius x can be expressed as pi(x^2)/2.
The diagram shows that PR=2x.
Thus, the area of the triangle can be rewritten as (2x)x/2 or 2x^2/2.
Now we can clearly see that 2(x^2) < pi(x^2).
Therefore, B is greater.
