The future of todays young has been heavily mortgaged. The (i)____ pr [#permalink]
Passage revolves around the setbacks of funding something with taxes which in turn exasperate what they have as the pressing issue, with an hope they are still gonna get things done. Negatives are wrapped up with overoptimism.

Welfare state, which is to continue funding things via taxation, contributes GRIMMEST picture, one outcome of which is slowed down (retarded) economic growth.

All these problems don't seem to be spoiling Americans` callousness.
