A sells for 20% more = 60 + 12 = 72;
B sells for 30% more = 60 + 18 = 78;
B offers 10% discount = 78 - 7.8 = 70.2;
A has 5% sales tax = 75.60;
B has 5% sales tax = 73.71;
Difference (A - B) = 1.89 (Option D)
