x, y, 8,11 median is 19
since 8 and 11 are less than 19 those two should be first 2 numbers and x and y should be 3 and 4 numbers
8,11, x/y, x/y median is 19
since there are 4 numbers median is avg of 2,3 numbers
(11+x/y)/2 = 19
x/y = 38-11
x/y = 27
therefore x>27or 27 if 4th or 3rd number respectively
therefore x>23 and A is the answer
