Quantity A:

This is a permutation since order matters: 6*5*4 = 120

Quantity B:

This is a combination since order doesn't matter: 10C3 = 10!/3!(10!-3!) = 10*9*8*7!/(3*2*1)(7!) = 720/6 = 120

C is the correct answer.
