Here,
In Winnemucca no. of freezing days = 28 freezing days
In St. Louis no. of freezing days = 25 freezing days
Therefore,
The number of freezing January days in Winnemucca was approximately = \(\frac{{28-25}}{25} *100\)% = 12% more than the number of freezing January days in St. Louis
