Carcass , will it be (21 - 14 )/ 21 * 100 = 1/3 * 100 = 33% which is closest to 40 ..Hence C ?

In 2003, music players accounted for approximately 22% of all revenue. In 2013, music players accounted for approximately 13% of all revenue. 13 is what percent less than 22? Use the percent decrease formula:
