Don't freak out if you never studied the pluck of a circle. Nobody else has either. But they tell us what it is, so just follow instructions.
The area of a circle is πr^2, which in this case is 25π. The pluck is the area divided by π. So since 25π/π cancels to give us 25, the answer is 25.
