Column A can be written as \(\frac{4b}{9^+ n^2}\), where \(\frac{b}{n^2} = r\). Then, we have the same quantity in the two columns but for the denominator, which in column A, is \(n^2\) multiplied by a number there is greater than 9 (since we are more than tripling), even if it was 9.0001, column B would be greater.
