Solution:
As\(\frac{ 1}{3}\) represent 3rd part of an inch multiply both sides by 3
\(\frac{ 1}{3}\)*3=12*3
1 inch=36 miles
To find 2 inch, multiplying both sides by 2
2inch- 72 miles.
