We are not told what coordinates we can take for each of the 2 quadrants. Hence we could have a point \((1,1)\)in the first quadrant and \((1,-1)\) making Quantity B greater as \(1 + (-1) = 0\) whereas \(1*1 = 1\)
Else we can have (100, -1) for a point in the 4th quadrant and \((1,1)\) same as previously for 1st quadrant we have
quantity A = 99 Quantity B = 1
