To make things easier, let's say that all 5 employees have the SAME weekly salary.

The sum of the weekly salaries of 5 employees is $3,250
$3250/5 = $650
So, each employee earns $650/month

If each of the 5 salaries is to increase by 10 percent...
10% of $650 = $65
So, each employee's weekly salary will increase by $65

Answer: E

Theory: If all the numbers in the set are increased/decreased by the same number(k) then the mean also gets increased/decreased by the same number(k)

The sum of the weekly salaries of 5 employees is $3,250 and Each of the 5 salaries is to increase by 10 percent
then even the average will get increased by 10%

Previous average = \(\frac{Sum}{5}\) = \(\frac{$3,250}{5}\) = $650

New average will increase by 10% of $650 = \(\frac{10}{100}\) * $650 = $65

So, answer will be E
