Key concept: p% \(= \frac{p}{100}\)
So, p% of q + q% of p \(= \frac{p}{100} \times q + \frac{q}{100} \times p \)
\(= \frac{p}{100} \times \frac{q}{1} + \frac{q}{100} \times \frac{p}{1} \)
\(= \frac{pq}{100} + \frac{qp}{100}\)
\(= \frac{2pq}{100}\) SCAN the answer choices.........
\(= \frac{2}{100} \times pq \)
= 2% of pq
