So, there are 24 people in front of Jack
We have: END OF LINE -----------(JACK)(24 people)FRONT
Jill is the 125th person from the front
We have: END OF LINE -----------(JILL)(124 people)FRONT
Now let's examine the 124 people who are in front of Jill
Those 124 people are partially comprised of Jack and the 24 people in front of Jack.
We have: END OF LINE -----------(JILL)(--x people--)(JACK)(24 people)FRONT
We know that x people + JACK + 24 people = 124 people
So, x = 99
In other words, there are 99 people between Jack and Jill
Answer: B
