GRE Online exam - Bad experience

I need your advice
I just gave my GRE at home and was interrupted 4 times to show the room, table, bed and washroom. Was given a formal warning as to no one can help me but when I asked if they saw anyone helping me, to which they replied no it is just procedural. My door was locked. No one came in or I went out.
I was threw off by this and didn’t score well and I am miserable. Timer was on and lost precious minutes on the both Quant sections.
What can I do? What is the recourse with these people? Will ETS take an action or even do something?

I am sorry of this bad experience.
I know of another bad one and after long time ETS refunded the guy.
All via mail
The only thing you can do I guess
Ask for further assistance

Sorry for that.
although ETS has a strict policy for refunding, I believe if you evidence on that like you took screen shot for the time left because of that procedure and email them they might respond to you.
Such policies did not take other circumstances like technologies issues or that policy is not appropriate only for them.
