numbers.
š„ = 1 + 3 + 5 + 7 + āÆ + 19 and š¦ = 2 + 4 + 6 + 8 + āÆ + 20
On subtracting š„ from š¦, we get
(š¦ ā š„) = (2 ā 1) + (4 ā 3) + (6 ā 5) + (8 ā 7) ā¦ + (20 ā 19)
(š¦ ā š„) = 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 ā¦ ā¦ ā¦ + 1 = 10
Hence, both quantities are equal.
Given, š„ is sum of 10 odd natural numbers and š¦ is the sum of 10 even natural
numbers.
