So it is mentioned that there is no change in the number of employees and the recruitment has happened at least once.
the equation for the problem can be written as 10x-6y=0.
x for the number of recruitment leading to addition of new 10 employees.
y is the number of times the firing of 6 people happens.
( minus because of the firing of employees i.e. no. of employees decreases and 0 because it is mentioned that there is no change irrespective of the recruitment.)
x=0,y=0 cannot be the solution as it is mentioned that recruitment happens at least once.
Now, we want to find the minimum number of recruitment process with the equation 10x=6y.
To find the minimum number for recruitment we have to find LCM for the above equation.
LCM of 10 and 6 is 30.
Therefore, x has to be 3 and y has to be 5.
To find the total number of recruitment process we have to add x and y. So the ans 8.
