A little confused on why the answer choice is A.

If Bart paid 100, then Anne pays 150.
Anne's retail price is 150 * 1.15 = 172.5
Bart's retail price is 100 * 1.85 = 185.

185 > 172.5, so shouldn't Bart's retail price be greater?
