You have to read the stem stem and from that move forward step by step
We do know that A has in common 20% with b but nOT the other way around. B has NOTHING in common with A
In the Venn diagram then we have A,B, and C the area in common which is 20%
Now, C=20%
so the ratio b:c=5:1
1/5 of B is in A
The area of town B is \(\frac{c}{b+c}=\frac{1}{5+1}=\frac{1}{6}=16.66 \approx 17\) %
