x=5k, y=6k.
A. take k=13, i.e. x=65, y=78, then 13 is a prime factor of x+y which is greater than 11. So A is incorrect.
B. xy=30k^2, clearly it is divisible by 5, so B is incorrect.
C. take k=2, x+y=22. C is incorrect.
D. xy=30k^2, it is always even, independent of k. So D is correct.
E. take k=-1, i.e. x=-5, y=-6, here x>y. E is incorrect.
F. take k=3, x=15. F is incorrect.
So, D is the correct answer.
