For Question 4:
(A) compares nineteenth-century feminism with twentieth-century feminism. In the passage, no such comparison is being talked about. We don't know what the historians have to say about twentieth-century feminism.
(B) is the exact opposite of what is stated in the passage.
Quote:
contemporary historians should consider the perceptions of actual participants in the historical events

Thus, historians didn't rely on the perceptions of actual participants at all.
(C) is out of scope because 'effects of antifeminist rhetoric' isn't mentioned in the passage.
(D) can be inferred from the passage:
Quote:
historians have underestimated the significance of the woman suffrage movement

Quote:
Nineteenth-century feminists and anti-feminist alike perceived the suffragists’ demand for enfranchisement as the most radical element in women’s protest

This shows that there was a difference in the assessment of the suffrage movement by historians and nineteenth-century feminists.
(E) is wrong because the historians actually did a disservice to suffragism. So they couldn't have devoted too much attention to nineteenth-century suffragism.

(Hope it helps!)
