As I read through the first sentence, I got the sense that most research follows the perception that the arts manager's role is limited to financing and that arts manager uses one orientation only. The second sentence suggests that Bordieu only partially agrees with that research and the word "However" suggests there is a shift, so if the research shows the manager role is limited, then Bordieu must feel the certain orientations are "essential".
Notice, there's a "But", so Bordieu views now should be somewhat negative, and the hint for the second blank is in the words "..as an intrusion of an economic disposition into the arts", which means Bordieu sees the act as "infiltration".
The third blank has to be negative, so only "exploitation" fits.

Could some explain blank(ii) and blank(iii)
Blank(ii) doesnt "imposition" fit here ?
As the author is talking about a amalgamation of multiple styles, but the views this as an intrusion - kind of forceful, deliberate entry especially where you are unwelcome or uninvited => kind of like these styles are imposing themselves there
But he conceptualizes this as an act of (ii) ____, as an intrusion of an economic disposition into the arts, so that he sees it as pure (iii) _____.
Blank (iii) - I interpreted as - since there is such amalgamation of styles, moreover conveying the feeling of "intrusion" => its more of an idealism.
Unable to understand how "exploitation" would work here
