Choice (D) is tempting because connoisseuris a word often used in conjunction with fine food or wine. However, a connoisseuris a general term for someone who has expertise in a subject, which may or may not be food. Epkureis a term that necessarily involves food. Sage means wise person, which is not a match. A hedonistis someone who pursues pleasure as a priority, and is the opposite of an ascetic.
