Choosing 1 shirt out of 4, 4C1=4
Choosing 1 pairs of socks out of 2, 2C1=2
Choosing 1 pairs of shoes out of 5, 5C1=5

3*4*2*5=120

A man has 3 different suits, 4 different shirts, 2 different pairs of socks, and 5 different pairs of shoes. If an outfit consists of exactly 1 suit, 1 shirt, 1 pair of socks, and 1 pair of shoes, how many different outfits can be made with the man’s clothing?

The number of different outfits that can be made with the man's clothing is:

3 (suits) * 4 (shirts) * 2 (pairs of socks) * 5 (pairs of shoes) = 3 * 4 * 2 * 5 = 120 different outfits.

3C1*4C1*2C1*5C1 = 3*4*2*5 = 120
