This ratio is given in question: cheese: sauce = 2:1
So whatever the amount of one quantity be it must be exist in accordance to this ratio, thus
if 1 part of Sauce=15 then by Unitary method 2 parts will be 2*15=30, that is the number of cheese present hence 30parts of cheese will be present
