This is pretty straightforward. The fixed charge doesn't change due to usage, so subtract it from the total. You get $38.25.
Divide that by 0.025, the price per minute, and you'll get the number of minutes, 1530. Now you just convert 1530 minutes to hours by dividing 1530 by 60. The answer is 25.5 hours.
