Let's solve this in 10 seconds;
Col. A: \(\frac{a}{b}\)
Col. B: \(\frac{(a+k)}{(b+k)}\)
Cross-multiply the denominators;
Col. A: \(ab + ak\)
Col. B: \(ab + bk\)
Subtracting \(ab\) from both the sides;
Col. A: \(ak\)
Col. B: \(bk\)
Dividing by \(k\) both the sides;
Col. A: \(a\)
Col. B: \(b\)
Hence, option A
