\(\frac{1}{3}\) + \(\frac{2}{5}\), when combined into like terms, results in \(\frac{11}{15}\). Since this can't be made in lower terms, then a=11 and b=15. 15 > 10, so Quantity A (b=15) > Quantity B (10).
