This can be quickly solved by giving values to the variables. SO plug-in.
Case 1: x= -1, y= -1, z= -1
A: -1 B: -3
A>B

Case 2: x= -2, y= -2, z= -2
A: -8 B: -6
A<B

So 'D' choice can be chosen as we can't come to conclusion with the given information.

We don't have to actually use any values, all we need to know is;
1. Product of 3 negative numbers will be negative
2. Sum of 3 negative numbers will be negative

Since, we have no idea of how negative these 2 values are! We cannot answer the question
Straight away, Go for option D
