Let the two digit number be ๐ด๐ต where A is the tens digit and B is the units digit. Now, as the two digit number is 13 times its unitโs digit, thus, ๐ด๐ต = 13B
We know, AB can be extended as 10A + B
๐๐, 10๐ด + ๐ต = 13๐ต
๐๐, 10๐ด = 12๐ต
๐๐, 5๐ด = 6๐ต
๐๐, ๐ด =
6๐ต/5
A = 1.2B
Here, as A and B both are the digits of two-digit number, hence both A and B will be
non-zero single digit integers.
Thus, Quantity B will definitely be larger.
