in 2003: #m/#f=10/7
men's growth: #men reached from 3 times of X to 10 times X in the next year, so:
(10-3)/3=7/3=>2.5%
women's growth: #women men reached from 4 times of X to 107times X in the next year, so:
(7-4)/4=3/4=> 0.75 %
in 2003: #m/#f=10/7
