The Arithmetic Mean and Median are measures of central tendency
The Standard Deviation is a measure of dispersion of the data set.

For example, the following sets have the same Mean and Median

{2,2,2,2,2}

{0,0,2,4,4}

{1,1,2,2,4}

But are differently dispersed.

Therefore, without more data about the individual scores of the students, we cannot calculate the Standard Deviation and Compare the two Quantities

Therefore, no relationship exists between them.

The answer is D.
