I am not sure to get what you meant. The ration of P to M is mentioned and it is 2/3

You can solve also conceptually the problem

P is 30-------------40 and its ration is 2 so the exact center is 35

M is 30-------------40 and its ration is 3 so the center is 23

This means that the average speed of M is greater than that of P
