Fine, then the answer is A! Column A only asks for the percentage of Muay Thai fighters and given that 60% of all fighters are Brazilian Jujitsu fighters, 100%-60% = 40% > 37%. All the other information are superfluous since the question is about Muay Thay fighters in general, no matter if they can also do Brazilian Jujitsu or not.

Drawing a Venn diagram would be very tricky with this question.
I suggest you try using the Double Matrix method.

If you do, you can set up your information as follows:

From here we should recognize that, if 60 (of 100) fighters are skilled in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, then the remaining 40 fighters are NOT skilled in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which means x = 40.
At that point, we can solve the question.

This is the correct answer, but not the correct solution. The question states that 20% of non-Jiu Jitsu fighters are trained in Muy Thai. From the question, we know that 30% do both, and 60% do Jiu Jitsu. So, of the 40% who don't do jiu jitsu, 20% do Muy Thai: 0.2*0.4 = 0.08. Adding this to the 30% the question gives us, we have that 38% are trained in Muy thai.
