Key property: \((\frac{a}{b})^{-n} = (\frac{b}{a})^{n}\)
For example: \((\frac{2}{7})^{-3} = (\frac{7}{2})^{3}\)
So.....
\((\frac{3}{5})^2+(\frac{5}{3})^{-2}=(\frac{3}{5})^2+(\frac{3}{5})^2\)
\(= 2(\frac{3}{5})^2\)
Answer: B
