Let the capacity of bowl be \(2x\)
Now, adding 4 cups to half of the bowl = \((x + 4)\) i.e. \((x + 4) = (\frac{70}{100})(2x)\) \(x = 10\)
So, currently the bowl has \(14\) cups of water in it.
