Half of the tickets were sold in the first hour....
So, after the first hour, there were 20,000 tickets remaining
...and 80 percent of the remaining tickets were sold in the second hour.
If 80% of the 20,000 tickets were SOLD, then 20% of the 20,000 tickets REMAIN
20% of the 20,000 = (0.2)(20,000) = 4,000
Answer: C
