1. get rid of the square power on both sides
\(\frac{16}{10^n}=0.0016\)
2. put the unknown variable on the left side
\(10^n= \frac{16}{0.0016}\) and now \(0.0016 = 16*10^(-4)\) so we get
\(10^n=\frac{16}{16}*10^4\) switch signs to +4 power when placed from denominator to nominator
3. \(10^n=1*10^4\) or n=4
Answer: E
