We are given that ABCD is a rectangle. We need to find the coordinates of point D.

Now, we know that the diagonals of a rectangle are bisectors of each other. So, the
point of intersection will be their mid-point also.
Mid-point of AC = Mid-point of BD
Also, midpoint of two coordinates (๐‘ฅ1, ๐‘ฆ1) and (๐‘ฅ2, ๐‘ฆ2) is given by (๐‘ฅ1+๐‘ฅ2/2,๐‘ฆ1+ ๐‘ฆ2/2)

So, we get (3 + 11/2,5 + 7/2) = (8 + ๐‘ฅ/2,2 + ๐‘ฆ/2)

โ‡จ3+11/2=8+๐‘ฅ/2 and 5+7/2=2+๐‘ฆ/2
โ‡จ 14 = 8 + ๐‘ฅ and 12 = 2 + ๐‘ฆ
โ‡จ ๐‘ฅ = 6 and ๐‘ฆ = 10
Hence, the coordinates of D are (6, 10).
