So, the equation becomes:
2.04 / 0.68
Step 2: Divide

So, the solution to the equation is 3.

We can use estimation for these without doing the exact calculation.
20*.102: 0.1 of 20 or 10% of 20, which is 2
And 0.68 is approximately 0.7
Now, if we divide 2 by 0.7 we get approximately 3 because 3*7=21
