If 24 is LCM of m and n then 24 is divisible by m and n.
Hence the answer should be divisible by 24 which means the answer should be divisible by 2,3 and 4.
Options A and C are divisible by 2,3 and 4. But since the question asks the first integer larger than 3070, Option A is the correct answer

Given that LCM of m and n is 24 and we need to find what is the first integer larger than 3070 that is divisible by both m and n

LCM(m,n) = 24 => Both m and n are multiples of 24

=> For a number to be divisible by m and n it should be divisible by 24 for sure.

Number greater than 3070 which is divisible by 24 is 3072 (as 072 is divisible by 8 and 3072 is divisible by 3)
