Since, we're looking for the lowest ratio of men to women lawyers, look in the top figure for the least distance between the two lines.
We can see that at the age of over 70, the women and men lines are closest to each other. Therefore, select Choice E without wasting time on needless calculation.

I don't understand: lowest ratio is the opposite of what you're saying (ie, the most distance between the two lines)
e.g.
the closer they get to each other, the closer they are to 1 (e.g. Over 70 ratio male:female is approx 65:70, or very close to 1)
category 61-70, however, is approx 8:10 which is lower than 65:70, so the lowest ratio is actually that category.
QA should be D imo
